Welcome! You are scheduled – now what?
Thanks for scheduling your first appointment on my scheduling system, Schedulicity. After you schedule online or with me by phone, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation by email the day you make the appointment and the day before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you please provide 12-24 hours notice of the change to avoid being charged. You are welcome to email, call, or text to let me know.

Getting to ModBody Fitness
The mailing address is 9024 20th Ave NE #9030 but the EASIEST and best way to DRIVE to ModBody Fitness is to GPS the intersection of Lake City Way and 91st St.
When you arrive at the intersection, turn onto 91st which is a dead end, and ModBody Fitness is tucked in on the left, just past the parking entry to Maple Leaf Memory Care. You can park to the right on the gravel or anywhere in front of the big garage door. Remember – 91st and Lake City or you’ll end up in the wrong place.
Sometimes trying new things can be scary – but I do everything I can to make sure that you’ll feel welcome, supported and comfortable. I’ll provide you with easy parking, bottled water (or you can bring your favorite reusable bottle to fill), a towel If you are working out, fun music, a welcoming environment, and compassionate and candid conversation.
One on One Personal Training
Your first appointment with be approximately half talking in a comfortable office upstairs and half movement downstairs in the private one-on-one Personal Training gym. I’d like to get to learn more about you before we start to move – so that I can help keep you safe. You can fill out the Release of Liability form prior to your session if you’d like (and we’ll review it for clarity) or I’ll provide you with one and a few moments of privacy while you fill it out. We’ll discuss your goals, your previous experiences, your expectations, and anything else you’d like to share. You can also ask all the questions you’d like! Then, if you are comfortable, we’ll head downstairs where we’ll do an abbreviated workout. This helps to give you a sense of what it might be like to work together and of my style as a coach. We’ll talk about modifications, progressions, and choosing options that feel best for your body. The entire session will last approximately 50-55 minutes.
I’ll give you my honest perspective on how we might work together to help you accomplish your goals and I’ll provide some options so you can choose what feels right for you.
Integrative Wellness Coaching
Your first appointment will be approximately 50-55 minutes of talking in a comfortable office upstairs from the private Personal Training gym. I’d like to learn move about you, your goals, your questions before we really dive in. You can fill out the Health History questionnaire and Release of Liability Form prior to your session if you’d like (and we’ll review it for clarity) or I’ll provide you with one and a few moments of privacy while you fill it out. We’ll discuss your goals, your previous experiences, your expectations, and anything else you’d like to share. You can also ask all the questions you’d like! I’ll give you my honest perspective on how we might work together to help you accomplish your goals and I’ll provide some options so you can choose what feels right for you. After our session, I will send you notes and any assignment or action items we decided upon.
